Key to this commitment is our Field Service team who provide on-site support and services to ensure your electrical and electronic systems are compliant and run at optimum levels. Services includes; routine maintenance, installation services, and commissioning support.
Our on-site team is further backed by specialised engineering resources and equipment, as well as strategically positioned services workshops, to provide a comprehensive suite of services to manage and maintain your electrical infrastructure.
Services and field support are offered with all capital equipment manufactured and supplied by Allenwest. For ongoing Client support, and to ensure optimal operation of Client infrastructure (including third party equipment)
Allenwest offers maintenance contracts or on demand periodic inspections of Transformers, MV and LV Switchgear, Protection Devices, and Emergency Generator installations.
Aftercare & Service options
Onsite Installation and Commissioning
Alenwest’s team of fully qualified service engineers will install and test all the equipment we produce for you, wherever you are in the World and will undertake all the tasks required to integrate our equipment with your existing systems.
Training
As part of our commitment to end-to-end customer support, Allenwest offer training delivered by our in-house team of experts.

We build to a very high standard and design the reliability needed to meet your requirements. However, as with any product, regular servicing is essential to optimise efficiency and to ensure long lifetimes.
Allenwest offer three levels of support package designed to minimise the risk of failure and to suit your needs.
All packages come with a detailed site survey, unlimited access to the Technical Support Centre, early notification of parts obsolescence and guaranteed fixed prices on all parts for the duration of the contract.
