Project Scope – Compact Substation Integrated System
The engineered Compact Substation consists of three purpose‑designed sections for underground power distribution:
High Voltage End – Compact Substation HV Section
- 6.6kV VCB Incomer with Meiden 630A Motor Operated VCB
- Live line indication for HV safety
- AWT31 electrical protection module
- UPS battery backup for continuous control power
- Remote operation and comprehensive interlocking
Transformer Tank – Compact Substation Transformer Section
- 2.0 MVA 6.6kV/440V Transformer
- Detachable top cover for easier servicing
- Primary voltage tapping panel
- Drain points for improved maintenance
Low Voltage End – Compact Substation LV Distribution Section
- 1 × 3200A ACB Feeder with RS485–Ethernet media converter
- MCCB outlets:
- 5 × 800A
- 4 × 630A
- 1 × 125A
- 4 × 16A ELMCB lighting outlets
- Full suite of LV protection modules with live line indication
